The 2005 SWACE conference in Corpus Christi is going to be a huge success and your conference planning committee is hard at work developing the upcoming event.  One of the most important factors in the success of our past conferences has been your financial support through sponsorship and contributions.  Without your support we are unable to offer quality events and speakers that you desire.

Since budgets end and begin at different times we want to solicit your help now so that you can set aside monies in your budget for the Corpus Christi 2005 conference early.  Our members and nonmembers support the SWACE conference as a good professional citizen, some as a philanthropic gift, and some as a recruiting strategy.  At this year’s conference, we are striving for over 300 college and employer members who will take part in acknowledging your contributions.   Your gifts will be recognized with your organization being presented on the SWACE website, in the SWACE News newsletter, signage at the conference, and announcements throughout the conference.  Along with higher levels of financial support come more visibility and more acknowledgement of your commitment to SWACE.

Contributions may be given to sponsor or co-sponsor various events, including meals, breaks, speakers and other activities.  We look forward to a great time and many Career Connections in Corpus Christi.  The sponsorship form lists the levels of sponsorship available to you.  Colleges and employers both have the opportunity to advertise in the conference brochure.  If you have questions or require more information, feel free to contact the persons listed below.

On behalf of the conference planning committee and SWACE, we thank you in advance for your consideration.  We look forward to seeing you in Corpus Christi!
